Chicken Adobo

Adobo is a popular dish in the Philippines which is occasionally called the National Dish of the country. It is made by marinating the poultry in vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, bay leaves, and black peppercorns, which then browned in oil, and simmered in the marinade. Overall, it is perfect for any meal of the day.
